Business Valuations

A solid foundation for future growth.

The consideration of a business valuation can be driven by a wide range of factors. A few examples of these factors are:

  • Sale of a company or parts thereof.
  • What is the impact? How does this affect cash flows? Are any parts retained? Are  business units being sold separately? For all of these questions, a business valuation is the first step.
  • Management buy-ins/buyouts. Are you a manager/director and have the opportunity to buy in? Or do you wish to exit from a management/directorship position? A (business) valuation is the first step.
  • In the event of a merger or acquisition, the price must be determined. Using a valuation, you can find answers to the questions of what the best price for your business is, or which data and models are best used for determining the price.
